Tea Houses (Lodges) are reasonably comfortable. Some may be rather basic and not as clean as you are used to in your home country. Bedrooms and dorm rooms are not heated. Note that linens are not provided by the lodges, and nights can get very cold, so it is necessary to bring a sleeping bag. Some of the lodges offer a private bath room but most of them have only common toilets. Showers are available at most of the places but in the higher altitudes you may have to make do with only slightly warm water.
Camping can be conducted almost anywhere in the country. I can organize camping treks supported with a team of guides, cooks, and porters to accompany you.
Home stays in local villages can be organized as well.
