      The Australian Camp Trek is a popular trekking route in Nepal that offers stunning views of the Annapurna range and a chance to experience the culture and traditions of the local Gurung people. 


      The trek takes you through beautiful landscapes and traditional Nepalese villages, culminating in amazing views from the Australian Camp and Dhampus Peak - a great spot for photography. 


      The trek begins in the city of Pokhara with a drive to Phedi, located at the base of the Annapurna range. From there, the trail winds through terraced fields and dense forests, passing through charming villages along the way.


      One of the highlights of the trek is the beautiful Dhampus village, where you can spend the night in a cozy guesthouse. The next day, you can make an early morning ascent to the Australian Camp, located at an altitude of 2,065 meters (6,647 feet), and enjoy a stunning sunrise from there.

During summer, the monsoon season also takes place in Nepal which brings heavy rainfall and muddy trails. During this time, the landscape transforms into a lush, green paradise, dotted with vibrant wildflowers and waterfalls.


      Winter (December to February) brings colder temperatures and the possibility of snow, but it also offers a magical winter wonderland experience with average temperatures ranging from 0-10°C (32-50°F).
