There is no advance payment required, and we offer free cancellation if your plans change. We are always here to help, and we hope the steps below answer any questions you may have.

Find Your Trek
We warmly invite you to browse our tours and find the one that feels right for you. If you are not sure which trek suits you best, please do not hesitate to reach out —
we are always happy to help you find the perfect fit.
Receive Your Confirmation
Once you have chosen your trek, we will confirm your booking
straight away. For customised tours, you will receive a personal email from us with all the details.
We Are Always Here for You
Please feel free to contact us at any time with questions or concerns about your upcoming trip.
No question is too small. We will do our best to respond as promptly and thoroughly as possible.
Modify or Cancel — No Worries
We completely understand that plans can change. You are welcome to modify or cancel your booking
free of charge. For treks without a permit, we kindly ask for at least
24 hours notice before the start. For treks requiring a permit, we kindly ask for
48 hours notice. We will never make you feel bad about it.
Send Us Your Documents
For treks that require a permit, we kindly ask you to send us a copy of your
passport and passport photo (JPG or PDF)
at least one week before the trek.
This helps us arrange all the necessary permits smoothly, so everything is ready when you arrive.
Let Us Know Where You Are Staying
If you have already arranged accommodation in Pokhara, we would be grateful if you could share the
name of your hotel with us. This allows us to arrange a comfortable
pick-up on the morning of your trek.
Pay When You Arrive
We are happy to welcome you first and take care of the payment
when you arrive in Pokhara, just before your trek begins. We prefer cash, but other payment methods are available on request with a small additional fee. Our prices are in
US Dollars, but we are also pleased to accept
Nepalese Rupees, British Pounds and Euros.
